Tires: 33/10.50 vs. 32/11.50

So i got my sliders on today and now its time for the next project.

Im going to be gettin a 2.5Inch lift, and when i do im getting new tires.
Since my truck is also my only mode of transportation and i drive it 20-50 miles a day, i am looking to keep trail preformance while trying to maintain gas mileage.
I know ive gotta sacrifice mileage, im not trying to avoid it, but overall would i be better off going with a taller skinnier tire (33/10.50/15) or a shorter fat tire (32/11.50/15)? I dont mind the pizza cutter look on offset rims
