Time to order a lift
YAY! This has been a long and drawn out process for me..but my funds finally came in today and I'll be ordering my lift from Mike on Sunday after I get back to CA.
Here's the plan- all nice and simple:
Sway-A-Way's up front
OME's in the rear.
If I could get by cheaper with the OME up front and not have it sit lower, I'd do that. But every rig I've seen is a tad bit lower up front.
I haven't read anything about the performance of the SAW's vs. OME up front except to make sure the SAW's are Tundra valved. Any input?
ALSO, in the next upcoming weeks I'll be buying some Stubbs sliders.
After I get a friend of a friend while he's not working to install this stuff, I'll be sure to post some before and after pics.

My stock springs are old and tired. Plus, I just dont want a spacer lift.
I've seen a few pics now, and it seems if it get the 882's up front and the trim packers, it should not sag. This sounds much more economical than SAW's, and still very cool!
Ordering today (hopefully).
Just have to find a (cheap) installer.

You'll have a better idea of how your truck is put together, more money for more mods, a deeper attachment to your truck, and the satisfaction that you did it yourself.
It's really not hard...just a little time consuming if you've never done it.

A friend of a friend is going to show me to /help me install the lift. I do think that we're going to have to rent a spring compressor however. He seems to have every other Snap-On tool but that.
Trust me, I'm pretty well attached..lol
