The time has come for new shoes...a few q's...

So studded tires are officially illegal in Washington state as of Apr 1st. Unfortunatly, that is all that I have on my truck, and in my garage. It has come time to go shopping. Can anyone give me some good advice on a decent 31" tire. Also, what is the eqivelant rating? 235/75/15?
Or if I wanted tires for my 4runner, are 31"s the best idea with stock suspension?

EDIT: I would also like to keep the price under $110 per tire, money is an issue here

My only advice would be BFG M/T or A/T.

No, its 265/75/15 (30.6")

Go for BFG AT or Bridgestone AT

How warn down are the studs. I've pulled the metal studs out of a three year old winter tire with tread left on it and drove it threw the summer before.

What ever happened to your motor problems?

yeah hows it runnin rickey? they are illegal because it tears up the streets, so they only let people use them durring the winter monthes, even though it hardly ever snows down at sea level, we still have a few mountain passes and eastern washington gets snow quite often.

Yeah Kev, long time no see...well everyone convinced me to spend the money on BFG A/T's, the 31"s look awsome! Plus the came with an instant $50 rebate from Discount Tire Co.

I am very happy! I will post pics probably tomorrow!

and my motor problems are all fixed, just got my first oil change today since the HG blew. The clutch is also working wonderfully, thank god, I just need an opportunity to get out and wheel. I haven't gone since the WA run to Tahuya in January
