Time on crate install?

Well, I'm getting my 3.0 Japser crate engine in tomarrow. I have a couple of guy lined up to put her in. My question is about how long does it take to take the old 3.0 out and put the new on in? There will be 2-4 guys working at a time, based on our work schedules. 2 of which are mechanics, and 2 weekend wrench monkeys (myslef included) helping out. I have the use of a shop, but only over the weekend. Think I can "get 'er done " by then?

With 2-4 guys working it should be able to be done in about 8 hrs.

Man, one weekend would be tough. Nothing that major ever gets done in a weekend because inevitably something goes wrong. (IE you break a bolt at 5:30pm and can't find a new one till mornign). You might be able to bust it out but I wouldn't count on it. Do you have to swap the EFI stuff over?

BTW. I am thinking about keeping the old 3.0 and selling it. All it needs is a valve job, that my buddy can do cheap. Then I could sell it. My girlfriend is going to keep her 4Runner untill it blows again, so we decided on a reman engine, she wants another 10 years out of it. I'd hate to send them back an engine that only needs a valve job, for a 500.00 core charge. I could prob do a valve job and get more money. What do you guys think?
