i dont know but it looks like the one that also fits seq's and tundras. You might want to check out toyota sequoia on ebay. I think someone is selling it 79 dollars Ea. lamp

... oh yeah.. call the dealer, parts and service. they hsould be able to tell u if it fits. Then u can just wire it up urself with a switch and relay from radio shack.
