I've got them and on really dark nights the low beams just don't quite it. However, I do mostly country road driving at night just coming home from work or a friends house...it gets PITCH black out here at night. The high beams however...those are BRIGHT!
BTW: That green flashing button at the top of the page will yield TONS of reviews and opinions on them! Just a heads up man...

Got them in my '00 4R. Liked them so much I put 4 of them in the wife's SAAB. Even gave some a Christmas gifts. I think they're worth the money. Additionally, I use Hella's traveling through Moose country, no such thing as TOO much light, there.

I installed the fog light bulbs in my wifes 00 4 runner this morning, very nice, the h4's for the headlights are coming in tomorrow....I have PIAA's in my BMW and love them too...I sell alot of the Nokya bulbs and they just seem to be way too blue and not bright enough..Maybe I am selling a different line of theirs..Maybe there is a whiter line from them...
