Sway bar issues

I am in the process of installing a Superlift suspension lift for my truck, see sig below. Anyhow, when I went to remove the bolts from the sway bar bracket they all broke off and now there are pieces still in the frame. I have to install the drop brackets for this but now I do not have any holes. What is the best way to get these out?

I'd imagine either some kind of extraction tool, Or drill em out.
