Swapping the 3.0 Toy w/305 TPI Chevy
I have a free engine coming out of a 85 Camaro. Its a 305 TPI, with 85K miles on the car. I'm very much in the mood for an engine swap on my 90 3.0 V.6. The car is complete, so I would have all the correct components for the swap, harness, ecu, etc.. I was wondering if anyone has swapped out this type of eng. I know the 305 is not a power house eng, but I think it might run better than the 3.0, there seems to be lots of mods out for the TPI. Was thinking of keeping the Camaro, but the body is in very bad shape, and I don't want to waste my money on the car. Any input on this eng would be helpful.

The 305 was just a SB Chevy. Check Downy Offroad. I remember seeing adapters, mounts, etc. If they don't have it, Advanced Adapters will. Of course you could always try Northwest Offroad...who seem to not fair well in the happy customer department.
