Surco Safari Installation

OK Guys, I got the rack from Brian off his rig and now I'm trying to figure out how to assemble it and mount it without any instructions...

Do any of you have the instructions handy and could scan them or find them online...I've tried...and send em to me so this will be a lot easier.

Thanks guys!

Yeah I Googled it...I found a few good articles but all of em mounted differently than the setup I've got.

I finally found a close-up pic of the actual mounting locations so that made it 10x easier.

Thanks for the help though Corey, I think I've pretty much got it figured out...we'll find out tomorrow when I go to get the hardware I need.

Thanks guys, I'll post pics when I'm done.

What are you mounting the rack to... factory bars? Surco bars? Thule/Yak bars?

OEM bars, I'm getting ready to head to the hardware store and get some of the hardware I need and then I'm gonna come back and try and mount it real quick before I head to work.

Now its just a matter of lining it all up and hoping that I know how its supposed to mount.

I'll let ya know how it goes, lemme know if you know of any tricks that could help me when mounting.

Thanks guys,

Fink
