Sunroof leak

last week it rain really hard and i notice water drops coming from the front of the sunroof.i searched a lot and read about the drain tubes getting clogged, yesterday i pour some water on into the drain holes and the 4 locations drain water to under the 4runner's body but when i pour water into the front drain holes water came out from under the 4runner's body so i didn't think they were clogged but i noticed water coming out of the A-pillar right at the handles.could they be clogged still even if water came out of the pinch weld under the car? it happened in both sides.i read somewhere the drain hoses are in sections, could they be disconnected somewhere inside the pillars?I also try to remove the handles but is a PITA because the screw heads have some kind of locktite.any advice guys thanks in advance

With mine it was leaking right through the sunroof panel. The seal between the glass and the plastic trim surround on the sliding panel itself had failed. I tried the usual drain tube check and superglue trick, and nothing worked. I ended up caulking the glass with clear silicone all the way around where it meets the plastic surround.
Not a drop of water in a long long time. Give it a try, you have nothing to lose.
