Storage compartment

So what does everyone keep in the storage compartment in the rear of their 4Runner?

I keep a slew of stuff, maybe 2 slews.

Those rear side cubbies hold fluids, aerosol cans of stuff and the jack.

I have a 2 drawer cargo box I built with recovery gear, EMS gear, tools, survival/outdoor gear, spare parts and suce as well as random stuff like flares, an inverter and a compressor. There is tons more stuff, too much to list.

On the outside of the box, i have a hi'lift jack, AFFF fire extinguisher and 10L of fresh water in a jug.

There is more stuff up front, to much to list.

the storage compartment on my 3rd gen is pretty small, all I keep in there are 2 shackles and a tow strap. Everything else just gets thrown in the cargo area.

and some jumper cables, wd-40, 3 shot glasses, 3 Koozies, and 2 spare headlight bulbs..

In the back I also keep my highlift, which is tied to both tiedowns to keep it from maving around and secure in an accident..

Lets see... in the back of my truck in the compartments, there is an amp, a power inverter, wires, a distribution block, cb antenna stuff, tools, 151 rum, ziplock full of lint, and some jumper cables. In the back area there are 2 tool boxes with just aobut everything you need to fix anything, a huge first aid kit, fire extinguisher, small 12VDC air compressor, 2 flashlights, batteries, emergency blanket, sleeping bag, prybar, cumalong (i don't think thats how you spell it, but you get the idea, now get your head outta the gutter :-p), ammo box with a 25ft chain, couple beer cans, trouble light, 2 extension cords, poncho, gloves, another blanket, and i think thats it.

also, tools, hitch parts, fuel addative, flares, jumpers, leather gloves. (first aid kit is too big, I carry a first responder pack)

I asked about putting subwoofer's in there but the guy wanted to charge me 300 each side just to install a couple of JL 8w0's so really not worth it to me.
