Stock Alarm System

I have a 1998 Toyota 4Runner with a stock alarm system and I want to completely remove the alarm. I do not want to reinstall an aftermarket alarm.
How do I remove and will it affect the ignition? Will the doors function properly if the alarm is removed or disabled?

there is a t-harness that plugs b/t the ignition harness and key cylinder.

the installation has t-taps and very well defined, just unplug it. some wires like hood switch might have to be cut off.
