Still having problems:

I am still having a vibration at around 25 mph and it feels like its coming from the front end. I had a 3" suspension lift installed back the first part of January and when my speed is decreasing to around 25 mph there is a vibrating feeling under my truck. I have had an alignment and I have packed the u-joints with grease and the CV angles look like they have a slight increased upward angle from the tire to the diff, and I have a diff drop installed and this is getting on my %#&@ last nerve. Any more ideas. I am at a stand still for thoughts.

is there mud anywhere in your wheels or brakes. I had this happen after i went mudding, so i washed the wheels out and the brakes too and it still did it. Turned out there was just a little bit of mud making the whole thing vibrate.

It's possible your front driveshaft is out of balance. The increased angle of operation after your lift will accentuate any imbalance.

The vibrations started after I had the lift installed. I have not been mudding since I had the lift put on.

Is it hard to re-balance the shaft?

One question ? do you still have the factory wheels and tires or have you replaced them ? I would guess maybe there out of balance, guess a quick test would be swap the front wheel to the rear and move the rears to the front see if its any better. I am also guessing maybe you have had the wheels tested for balance. Also when it is vibratng is the steering wheel also vibrating ? maybe a stearing rack problem .. just another guess

What potential problems could a steering rack produce?
