Steering wheels gets stuck
After turning the wheel at slow speeds, my steering wheel gets stuck when attempting to return to center. It does it when turning in either direction, but a lot worse when turning left. I have to pull it back to center, and I can feel resistance at the spot it gets stuck at. Its at the same place each time, about 90 degrees.
Any ideas on what the problem is?

I would raise your rig's front wheels off the ground (lift from the frame) and see if there is any binding or slack when moving the wheels left and right at the tire. If so, pinpoint the problem area. If all seems ok, I would focus on the steering rack. If this problem happens on pavement, based on your description, it sounds like there is binding in the rack. Any noise from the power steering pump? How is the PS fluid? (Frothy, low, dark and/or metalic flakes?)

Problem solved.
I have rock lights mounted on my frame and I ran the wires up the steering colum into the engine bay. The wires got tangled in the steering column when i replaced the bushings last week. I pulled the wires away from the steering column, zip tied them and problem solved.
