Started the Hyper-Flex kit today...
I started to install my Hyper-Flex kit this afternoon.. I had to buy the kit to fix a worn out lower control arm bushing.. Now Toyota wants $65 each for the lower bushings (there are 4 of them) The Hyper-Flex kit has all 4 lower, the upper, the front sway bar bushings and the rear sway bars too.. (bar & end link bushings) It also comes with all the rear track rods ect..
Of course.. I have to borrow a sawsall to cut the bolts for the lower control arms.. Damn!! they cost about $10 each.. But they are frozen solid...
All this was only $150... Not a hard choice
And I also test fit my sway bar disco's as well.. I forgot I need a small pipe to allow me to tension the lock collar and mark it so I can make a notch for the set screw..
I also bought 3 sets of the low profile bump stops.. I have the right side installed.. I can see a major diffrence looking at the space left under the control arm to the lower bumpp stops.. I will make sure to measure them...
But this is what I have for tonight.. (I ran out of daylight..)
PS, don't mind all that grease, my CV boot let go...

LOL.. you sway bar disconect pimps ...
That's all I am to you, Eh?? Just another source for parts..
I will check with my production assemblay line tech. to see how they are going...
Dang, that's a lot of bushings, Huh??
Corey.. see if you can measure from the top of the washer on your links to about the center hole on the sway bar (or just under the bar) and let me know..
I have bought some black Poly bushings to make a few sets and once I get mind done and test them out, they will be easy to make more..

Hey, on your way through, grab Cebby. I'll put him to work too. Anyone that will install AISINS in 18* weather w/ nothing but a salamander blowing carbon monoxide up his crack can work on my rig!!!
