Sporticus is going "under the wrench"
She has given me 100,000 without any issues and its time i pay old Sporticus back... so here is what he gets
881 / 906 combo
She is going "under the wrench" in the morning. Its funny to me how many shops are intemidated by the OME suspension. Many dont want to touch it. I am excited to see how its gonna turn out!

I would love to but i feel it might be a little over my head. I would love to take the weekend and tear into it but with the new baby i dont really even have time to sleep let alone tackle that job.

i guess i need to give a shout out to TRDparts4U.com. Fast shipping and a great price. Amazing how it was cheaper to have the parts shipped from dallas and its still cheaper than going to my local dealership.

Funny thing is that we worked so hard to pay it off and as soon as that happened i am having to do all this work on it... guess that what it takes to get another 100,000 out of it.

was it needed? or did you just want to "spice" it up? I am in process of getting that same combo put in and i am still on stock suspension!!!

if you plan on really offroading with this i would recommend adding 1/2 75w140 into your gears.. mix 75w90 half and half with the 140.. much better protection.. the 90weights are NOW on the thinner side of the 90 weight spectrum.. they used to be on the higher side.. dont believe me go to bitog... i have amsoil mixed with 1/2 and 1/2 75w90 and 75w140.. so smooth

My shocks are shot and the coils are spongy. I looked into the SS7 kit (99 coils and shocks) but i like the idea of the OME kit. I carry a decent amount of gear in the back and i tow my boat and trailer often. Plus the 2 or 3 inches of lift will be pretty cool. I am anxious to see how much i get out of it. Its on the bump stops now so anything is an improvement.
Thanks Tacoclimber

Pics will be up soon. With the new baby here the camera is reserved for him...lol
I am very pleased with the lift. I got 3 inches in the back and 2 in the front. there some noticable rake but i have gotten used to it. The ride is very nice compared to what it was. I can feel an improvement over the OEM brakes also. While it was getting the TB and water pump i had them replace the cam and oil seals. (Might as well pay for an extra hour of labor while they have it torn apart. Its cheaper now then later.) I want to do more to it now... i will get some pics up in the morning.

Oh and while i was at it i put a box in the back to hold all my crap (jack, tiedowns, jumpers, tire kit, and much more). I got a sweet deal at SAMS on a 3D maglite (Stainless look) and mounted it on the front along with a matching fire extinguisher. I know.... you will get pics
