Which spark plugs for 3.0?

I just got my runner back from the dealership and they said it was misfiring and recommended a valve job. I think it has to do with the spark plugs I put on though... anyone know which spark plugs are best for this motor, and what to gap them with? Also, is there a way to tell if a valve is bent? Thanks

I'm very happy with Nippondenso (Denso) plugs although NGK are also great. I change them every 30K miles. I don't have my manual at work so I can't tell you the gap but I THINK it's .042 Don't quote me on that though.

Curious as to why there is a strong opinion against Bosch plugs.

Thats all I run on all of my Toyota's as well. I tend to lean more towards ND since they seem like a better constucted plug than NGK. Autozone sells the ND's.

because they suck. Suck from a performance and longevity stand point and that they unneccisarily suck money from your wallet. Kinda like how our TV sucks.....
