shop in dfw area for spring install
Anyone know of a good shop in the DFW area to install my 99 springs and bilstein shocks? I've read of a few botched installs, so I figure I should ask for recommendations. Thanks

I went to Auxilary Tank and Trucks (http://auxiliarytanks.com)in Garland, TX. They did a great job and had the best price.

Thanks. I may give them a call. I have only found one shop that gave me a realistic quote for the spring install. Most shops looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. One guy today claimed that the 99 springs would not increase the height of my 4runner. He seemed to think that a taller spring would just have to be compressed more to fit.

Are the springs and shocks already assembled? If not, check with a Pep Boys or a local Midas shop. Both stores in Colorado Springs have done good work for me. I ordered a set of OME 881s and N94 shocks pre-assembled from Toyteclifts and they were a snap to install on my 4Runner.

Driftinco, How much did Pepboys or Midas charge you for the spring install. I live down in Pueblo and I need to get these Tundras put on. I keep hearing about all these people getting quotes for like $500.
