Set up for Dyno test

Hey, I'm taking my 4Runner to the Dyno on Thursday of this week. I just received my Injen IS2055P but, before I install it, I want to capture some baseline HP/Torque readings.

My questions are:
1-Which gear should the test be run in?
2-Overdrive on or off?
3-ECT in normal or PWR mode?
4-Anything else I should do?

I get three runs for $75 so I want to make sure I get the most out of the test.

PS-How long will it take the ECU to adjust to the new A/F ratio and therefore be able to take it back for another Dyno run and get good (reliable) results?

Thanks for any feedback you might have.

Dyno in Drive. Take the speed up to 70mph and then step on it. OD off.
ECT off.
