Roof Rack or Chop top

Hi, I haven't been on here for a while because I'm not modding my new 4runner as its my DD, so I decided to make my old totaled 4runner into my fun car. I decided to either do a chop top or full roof rack. I was just wanting opinions on which one I should do and why. I was also wondering if I did go with a chop top if I could still put a roof rack on it. I plan on lifting it back up putting a good amount of lights on it and using it for mudding, camping, trails, beach, and just fun stuff. Any opinions and comments would be greatly appreciated. btw if I go with the chop top it would be like mossyrocks

If you've seen mossyrocks, then you know you could do a roof rack of sorts on it, just need a bender, notcher, and a welder.
