i have a 93 truck 4 cyl and i replace the insturment cluster from a 93 4 runner (wanted a tach is the reason for the change ) all works fin excpt for the the fule gauge is off a bit are they a way to calubrate it ??? or the plug might no be in all the way. any ideas????

I have just replaced my cluster in my 93 truck with one out of a 95 my gas gage seems to work fine. I had to change the oil sending unit to get the oil pressure gage working properly and yet I still have no tach working and dont know why.
You said you took the gage from a 4-runner isnt the tanks and sending units different in them or am i wrong, I could verify this where I work and let you know.
