Rear Facing lights

I was thinking about mounting some small diameter driving lamps in my Rear Wind Deflector. They would be cut in and have a flush appearance facing back.
This would be for Loading/Unloading a boat a night or whatever else.

Any thoughts on how this would look or and opinions???

I think that if they are that high they will not let enough light on the ground.
If you could make it so you can adjust them up and down in the cut out hole, then it would work.

On the contrary, Corey, my lights on the roof rack are great for doing work back there. The only thing is that they are too bright and end up blinding me if I want to do work on my tailgate...farther away they're alright. I can adjust the angle though.

I really like the idea of having them flush with the deflector. However, if they are flush, I would think they would be aiming up, so they'd probably have to stick out a bit on the top, even for floods, which is what I have. Mine sit on the rack.

I agree with Steve in that they're great for doing stuff out back. I use mine practically every trip, whether it's for setting up camp or just for backing up.
