Question for Jay... Aut Trans problem

93 runner, V6-Auto. 80k miles, never used for towing. Regularily maintained.
I've had it into the dealer 3 times and they can't figure out the problem which is:
Start cold, everything is fine. Shifts ok. Once the engine is at operating temp (~5 mins) it seems like the torque converter is slipping and it won't get out of second gear. Actually if its in a higher gear it will suddenly shift down to 2nd. After putting around, letting it sit idleing, or letting it sit turned off for about 15 mins, everything is fine again. It seems to do this only when the engine is warmed up but the trannny has not. The dealer replaced "sensor #2" on the trans but that didn't help at all. I'm afraid they are just going to start replacing parts until they can find the defective one.
Sheesh!
The work order states "after extensive diagnostics found the speed sensor on the transmission (sensor #2) to have an intermittent fault".

Originally this problem started when it was quite cold (around 0 deg. F) but it is still happeneing now when the temp in in the forties.

A few more quick questions. (low importance
1. My cruise cuts out and it seems to be linked to the tilt steering. How hard is it to look into this?
2. My power antennae mast seems to be binding in a few places but the motor unit won't lift it at all. It will only lower it if there is about 2" sticking out. The plastic gear-tooth thing on the mast looks ok. Do I need to replace both units?
3. My rear power window motor donsn't seem to have enough power to raise and lower the window. The motor's clutch just seems to slip too easily because you can hear the motor spinning but the window won't move. I removed the cover last fall and lubed everything. The large mechanism was quite rusty and I did a good job of cleaning it and lubing it. The window worked a little better after that for about 2 months and now it won't raise or lower without help.

Many many thanx in advance,

Patrick.
