Question of Exhaust?
I know this has probably been covered to death but....
If I di the silencer mod and the deckplate/elbow mod. Should I also get a better exhaust to boost power. I'm not real concerned with the sound, in fact I'd preffer it to be very quiet, but I'd love some extra power.
Any thoughts?

If you did all three at once you would definately notice more power. You don't have to do the exhaust, but it would give you a few extra ponies. The thing to do would be to get a full cat back exhaust with bigger piping and then get a big flowmaster or dynomax muffler that wouldn't change much over stock. The brand is the tone, then they have different sizes which have different levels. Ask the shop that is putting the exhaust on what would be about stock levels. IMHO, i love the extra low end grunt of my dynomax. Nothing I wouldn't mind driving the in-laws around in, but just gives it a little more balls. It also has a nice quiet backtalk when you off the gas and the back window is down But, good luck!
