question about replacing upper a-arms

I'm going to be ordering upper a-arms from inland trucks. I wanted to double check that I need the balljoint ones, not the unijoint ones for my '96 - is that correct? Also, is the install as easy as diconnecting everything, pulling out the old ones, swapping in the new ones, the bolting everything back up? I know I'll need an alignment, but for the actual istall, is it that simple?

Why? Even considering the extra cost?

the uni-ball is maint. free and more reliable in my opinion...ist tough to justify the extra cost though.

An exposed ball. Maintenance free. Think about it. What happened to the exposed SAW threads in the land of snow?
