I have decided to go with 288/75 -16 Bridgestone AT Deuler Revos for my tire upgrade.

For those of you running this tire; I am wondering if you have any rubbing with the upper A-arm in the front. ( i have heard this go both ways but wanted to hear from people with this specific tire) Actually was there any rubbing with fenders, bumpers, mud flaps or anything else i should look out for. I dont have a lift yet, still deciding but input would be great also.

With this size tire will I be able to mount it on the spare tire and fit it back in the stock spare tire location under the truck?

I have that same tire on a 3rd gen limited, and here's what you'll have:

1) Rubbing on the frame at full turn
2) Rubbing on the body at the rear of the tire
3) Rubbing on the upper a-arm

This is with stock rims, and you can get rid of the rubbing on the body by doing fender trimming, and you could probably get rid of the rubbing on the a-arm and frame with a 1" wheel spacer or new wheels, but I'm unsure what it will do to do the rubbing on the body.

I checked out your site but didn't find how you remedied the rubbing on the upper A-arms. I'm really interested in buying a set of Revos but I'm having a hard time with the 285 vs 265 75 decision. I currently have 265 75 MT/R's on steel rims but I'd like something a little more civilized to mount on my stock alloys for daily driving. I have roughly 1.75 to 2" of suspension lift and a 1" body lift. I also have the SR5 fender flares. I noticed your most recent pictures have a another 4Runner pictured with SR5 flares. Does it have 285's too?
