I had mine done up here in Canada for $200. All four blasted and powder coated (1 coat)
An extra clear coat would have been been $100 extra.

100 per wheel including prep is the going rate in my area. Some soak the wheels in a solution to take off the clear coat rather than blasting. Blasting can pit soft metals depending on the material being used. My advice would be to get a satin finish coat that has a matching spray paint made by the same manufacturer. Touchups are flawless and easy.

He may do great work, but I think shipping the wheels would make this cost prohibitive.

At that price I'd get a brand new set of Pro-Comp alloys shipped to my door.
