Is that even a Toyota part?

I noticed its from a 96 Hilux Surf, so perhaps something that America hasn't seen? I taken apart about 25 3rd gen 4runners, including personally parting one out myself, and have never seen that part.

It's a Toyota part. I had my truck detailed a few years back and the manager of the shop told me he found something but his guy who did the detailing work could not recall where it was from but he was positive that it came from my truck's interior.
