Pics of my new baby

Hey guys,

I picked up my new Toy last night and took some pics as soon as the light of day broke.

I thought I was getting titanium silver but the grey mica was my second choice. It was hard locating one with all the right options.

My lease deal is awesome and I'm already looking forward to taking her off road!

Is it time for mods yet???

I plan to buy it at the end of the lease. Financially, it was cheaper to go with the lease.

Ash,

Congrats on the 4runner. The Limiteds are the best looking ones. I hate the two-toned look of the SR5s.

Are you 100% positive your lease buyout will be cheaper in the long term? Or did you mean that you are able to afford the vehicle b/c of the lease---and that you presume to purchase it in the future b/c you presume you will have more $$$? I used to work at Toyota and lease buyouts are not the best way to purchase a vehicle.

Hi Bob,

Thanks for your concern. I feel that I got a very good deal on my lease since I was dealing directly with the General Sales Manager- who is also my next door neighbor. My cost of money on the lease is well below what I expected and I paid well less than the asking price. I also have excellent credit and my payoff after three years is in the $23,000 range. If I have some extra time tomorrow, I'll try to put the numbers together as an example. My drive off fees were exactly $1,000.

Thanks to everyone!

Big baby!

Hmmm... that's quite a big baby. Is that right after birth or a while after the umbilical cord was cut? Who's the mother? Hehe...

Thanks guys! This thing is awesome and the Navi is really a special treat! It computes very fast and the alternate routes are a very nice feature!

When is the supercharger supposed to be released? Also, I was thinking of a HID headlight package but I'm not sure yet.

I haven't had much time to seach for mods but if it adds power, I'm totally there!

TRD is working on a sc for the v8 4runner. They are in their final testing and should have it ready by the summer time..

As for the HIDS... gonna have to go aftermarket there..

Currently, I'm working w/ Downey for the v8 4runner headers and air filter... The Air Filter should be ready in a few weeks but the header needs some approval from the CARB (damn CALI..)

Downey will be also making a full suspension set for me too! hehe... That should be ready in 4-6 weeks... Hopefully everything will be done by then... !

At the same time, King is working on the front coilovers too... Dang soo many options now!!

BTW, if any of you guys are interested in Daystar Spacers, they have just finished a set for a user and upon final testing (actual road testing), it should be in the market in a month I suppose..

I think I will be getting the Supercharger. I really like that you get to keep the Full Warranty from Toyota. Coming from a pretty heavily modified S4, it would be nice to get another 100hp and still have that security of the warranty
Keep us updated with the mods
thanks
