Panhar drop bracket
Got the pics, my first time welding on my truck. Its not pretty but its strong.
Hey guys, I just got done fabbing up and welding my panhard drop bracket on my 4Runner and have a question. I made it out of some 1/4" square tube I had laying around in the garage and copied Schaffer's idea on the supports for the bracket. My question is, how much stress is actually put on this bracket? I welded a 1"x1/4" piece of flat stock on the side closest to the bumper, but didn't do it on the other side due to lack of time. Do you think thats enough, or do I need to support the other side? Thanks
Harrison

Tough to tell on your design without any pics.

Yeah I'm back at school right now and don't have access to a camera. I will put up pics when I get a chance. Everything is welded on good and I took it on a 2 hour drive to school, but haven't had a chance to wheel it yet.
