OME spring lift Q.

OK, If I were to put 881's in front and 891's in back with no spacers either end, how much lift am I looking at? I ask because depending on the site I look at they list diff hight gains. Some 2.75", some 3" some 3.25"+. And the front says a top spacer needed to get a full 3". So again, with no spacers how much lift is gained on avg. with these springs?

I'm looking to get around 2"-2.5" of lift.

Thanks...

This is an e-mail that I received when I asked this question...
How much lift could I expect to get out of the following coils on a 2000 Toyota 4Runner?

Fronts: 880, 881, 882

Rear: 906, 890, 891

And I received this reply:

Hello,
I am giving you the approximate lift heights, your exact amount of lift will vary slightly depending on the condition of your current springs. The front heights are respectively: 1.25", 1.25", & 2.25" and the rears are: 2.0", 2.75", & 3.0". The 882's are not an ARB/ OME recommended fit, but our experience has shown that they work well with some applications. Please feel free to call me on the phone and I can go over this in detail and let you know how each set-up may work/ ride.

I recently put on 881s front, 890s rear on my 01 runner. my kit came with the 1/2" thick top out plate for the front. I had researched and found that most people were getting less lift at the front. so I made and installed a 3/4" thick top out plate instead. After complete install of 881s with 3/4" top out plate up front, and 890s with pro comp 9000 shocks in rear. I had exact 3" lift front and rear. Now about 4000 miles later the front has settled about 5/8". Keep in mind that the 2001 is the "low rider" of the 3rd gen. Your 2000 runner is about an inch taller than mine was from factory, (taller springs) so you may not get a full 3 inches of lift. I will say that the ride is far better than stock, even without rear sway bar. Had to get used to slight body roll but took just a few days to get used to it. Good luck.

I can't really comment here because I can't remember which model coils and shocks I have. Too long ago and lost interest. For sure I received very little up front, almost close to nothing. I did add the cornfed spacers to try to even it out but it's still a tad off. I gave up.

My purpose for visiting this site again is that I plan on parting with my OME lift and going back to stock because wife does not like the height and the ride is getting rough. Also, my tires are wearing out on the outside so much more than the inside.
Here is what I have:
EXTERIOR:
-TJM T-15 front Bumper
-Jaos Off-Road Challenger 110G fog lights
-Roller fairlead
-Clear Corner Lights

OFF-ROAD:
-OLD MAN EMU: Coils & Shocks
-Cornfed Coil Spacers
-BFG Mud-Terrains 265/75/16
-Revtek Front Differential Drop Spacers

My question is that could I get away with just removing the OME and spacers and leaving the Revtek diff drop spacers on and get my ride back to stock without problems or will I have to remove that as well. Just trying to lessen my work involved.
