Question OME Rear Shock Question

I just got my OME shocks today. It took 3 weeks to get them but that's a whole other story. My question is this: why are the shocks stamped N88 on them when I ordered the N86's??? The packing slip also says N86. Has anyone else ever had this happen to them??? Is this normal??? It's bad enough my order was screwed up to begin with. I can't stand the thought of having to return them and wait for a whole other order. HELP...Please... :pat:

I don't know if there is such a thing as N88s, but I'd certainly make sure you got N86s if that is what you wanted and not risk screwing something up. I wouldn't think it would just be a typo. Call who you placed your order with A.S.A.P. and demand they send you some N86s at their cost overnight since it was there fubar.

I immediately talked to the guy I ordered the suspension through. He said he never heard of N88's either but said he'd check it out & get back to me. I also put a call in directly to ARB to find out what the deal is. I hope it's nothing but it's just screwey that the packing slip says N86's but the shocks are stamped N88's. What a hassle this has been.
