O2 sensor whoops! Need help

Ordered a replacement O2 sensor before pulling current one. Yeah I know, but I was at work and wanted it to be at my place by the weekend.
This is a single O2 model (pre-cat) originally sold outside CA, running a SC, URD 7th, and 2.2 pulley.

Ordered a Denso 234-4162(it has- 2 bolt flange, 4 wire/4prong harness), to replace my one O2. My old one looks different, threaded flange, 5 wires /6 prong plug, and different tip.
Wires are white, red, grey, black, & yellow.
Any idea what model number I need?
Thanks for the help
Here's a pic.

Do you have a CA spec truck, that old sensor looks exactly like my AEM wideband sensor. My guess is you have a CA spec truck which comes stock with a wideband sensor IIRC.

any vehicle made after 1995 (OBDII) sold in cali or outside of cali all have 2 O2 sensors. Just sayin. But x2 that new sensor you got looks like a pre 96 (OBDI) that is mounted on the exhaust manifold.

The new part looks like an air/fuel ratio sensor - I replaced the one on my 2001 SR5 3.4l. 4Runner. It sits pre-cat on my truck with an oxygen sensor post-cat. I think there's also another oxygen sensor somewhere upstream of the air/fuel sensor, but I've never looked for it specifically.

I'd say the wrong part was ordered or got shipped.

Sorry for the confusion , my 4runner has one cat, but two o2 sensors. The one I pulled is pre-cat (upstream) mounted about 3" before the cat. I should mention this truck has a magnaflow cat and muffler that the previous owner installed.
thanks Josh

Thats what is odd, usually only the cali spec trucks got the AFR sensor and the rest got O2 sensors. but that sensor you pulled out is an AFR sensor i am almost sure of it.

The strange part is you only have 1 cat, all the cali models i have seen came with 2 cats.

I have a 2000 limited 4wd 3.4 AT and i have 2 o2 sensors.

Go to the parts store and ask for the cali spec sensor, then compare it to your old one, if it matches you can either buy it or note it so you can order it online later.

Ok, so after cleaning it up, I found some #s on the side.
Turns out what I have is a Bosch lsu4.2 5-wire wide band 02 sensor.
Off to the autoparts store.
Thanks Josh

Yep, thats what i figured, like i said looks exactly like my AEM wideband sensor, bet it IS the same sensor, it was used in some OEM applications.

Odd that you only have 1 cat with that sensor though, those usually come on cali spec trucks with 2 cats.

Just ran into a similar problem but mine turned out to be a CA Emmissions truck so it was an easy fix for me.
