Check the flexible wires that connecte to the window. Make sure they are intact and if that is fine, inspect the heating tracks for scrathes or breaks. If found, you can brush on a conductive silver paint (from a good electronics store) to restore the current path.

the heating tracks look good , im suspecting wiring between the switch and contacts them sleves since all of them dont work , the rear and side windows . and its not like its got a few lines working . is there a junction box after the switch that might go bad ?

Like 4Crawler said check the wires where they connect to the bottom of the window, you have to remove the panel inside the tailgate to see them. On my 93 the wires had detached from the window. I managed to get mine back on with solder.

side rear window is an auxillary antenna, not a defroster.
