No Electrical power

http://i693.photobucket.com/albums/v...8/DSCN0110.jpg
Swapped out my 3.4L, got all down to this can't remember where this went. does this wire go there?

I tried to turn on the truck, no power to NADA! No dash lights, dome, buzzer nothing. Tested battery 12VDC, all connections made... ANYBODY have an idea whats wrong? Clifford alarm, thats what we thought the problem was. talked to the stereo shop, they said I would have lights and stuff just wouldn't start. Kinda in a hurry since this is a DD and my help (brother needs to get back to work) Thanks YT!

Na, I thought it was but only one wire already goes there. I'll fire up the camera again, that might help figure out what it is. its the fuse panel next to the battery on the drivers side.

my old 3.4 was making crazy sounds so versus changing out a water pump, timing belt, and not sure what else was making noise. decided to swap out a donor. 97 motor i believe, 98 truck. my wire harness, donor harness was trashed. called some one they said it sounded like it was after the battery. combed the clips, doubling and triple checking them.

the connector is too small to slide over that, that was my first guess. Testing power at the starter right now.
