NEWBIE Q's: first mods for an 04 taco
I am a serious newb when comes to 4x4 in general, just starting to get into wheelin' and I would like to know what mods you guys recommend for a stock 04' taco?
I am wanting to get a lift so I can run 33" tires and I would also like to get a locker.... does TRD provide lift/lockers? I would like to go with as much trd stuff as possible to keep the warranty intact.... but anywho let me know what you guys think!
Thanks,

I know there is a factory rear locker but I don't know if you can put it in after the fact.
Also a good place to try is ttora.com (tacomaterritory) if you haven't already looked.

Here's that guide Russell is talking about:

Be sure to do some research with the SEARCH button and read people's experiences with various set-ups... that'll help you a lot with making a final decision.
33" tires may be a bit bulky for the stock gearing. What do the rest of you guys think? I have 32"s on my Prerunner - I know the gearing is different with the 4WD but with my current setup I do feel more sluggish.
