I'm kinda new here... I've posted here a few times asking questions, but as of yesterday I picked up a 4Runner. Sold my 2004 double cab last week..
Here's a picture of it covered in pollen before I picked it up.
It's got a lot of miles on it... 145k. Paid $9250 for it.. not too bad I don't guess.
Just figured I'd take this time to say hi to everyone...
How do I get the center console out of this thing?!! I figured the same way as with the double cab, and my 2000 tacoma I had before.. but after unbolting the two inside the console, and unscrewing the screws.. it still doesn't pull out. I figured it might have something to do with the rear heat.. ideas?
thanks

Hello and welcome. Um yeah it probably does have something to do witht hat center heat (Why do you wan to get rid of it anyway?) Search for a link to a FSM for your model runner. That should help! (Sorry I don't have a link for a 3rd gen - I only have the second gen FSM)

Oh, I don't want to get rid of it. I was just trying to take everything out to thoroughly clean it out. I was going to clean the carpets. When I could get it out I decided to just vacuum it out really good, and clean the carpets another day.
Thanks though.. I didn't think about searching for the FSM.
