New clutch, lack of engagement

I just put a new clutch in, and now my engagement is at the end of the stroke of the pedal. The pedal feels a lot less stiff as well. The flywheel was ground to a step of .023" The underdash pedal adjust is all the way out. Could this just be a pedal problem, or am I looking at something else.

Thanks!

What clutch (brand) did you put in?

DynaPak... I needed a clutch only to outlive the tranny.... which has 215K on it. Its an O'reilly's clutch, and becuase I used to work there, I still have my employee discount, which makes it a whole lot cheaper.

I did adjust the pedal to the middle of the adjustment and it made it better... I'm going to adjust it some more and see how it goes
