new to the board just got supercharged
Hello, I just got my s/c installed w/ the 7th inj; on my 2002 4 runner. I had the dealer install it, they charged me $670.00 did I get ripped?? To the point when i first left the dealer i was not impressed. IT had more power than stock, I drove up a big hill and punched it, then all of a sudden it lost power and my boost gague only read 0. The vacume line came off, so I put it back on and all was well. Then 50-75miles later the power came on strong and i was impressed. Did any one have this same problem in the begining??? If so, why does this happen? Is it because the computer adjusted itself?
Thanks.
Next mod is valve body but level 10 wants 500 to install it.
Thanks.

3k is not bad for all, usually $500 for S/C install and $200 for 7th injector.......so no ripoff there.
........and welcome!
