New 35's on 17X9's...

I got tired of tripping over them in the garage while waiting for spring to arrive (It's still trying to snow here) so I decided I'm not waiting any longer and stuck them on...

Looks pretty good...any rubbage at Full lock to lock? Looks like you might rub on the lower front valence and the front of the wheel well, especially at compression...but that is what sawzall's and BFH's are for...

Looks nice. Loved that meat style ever since I had xterrains on my 89 runner. Some say they're really quiet, but once mine wore down, they sounded louder than the tsl's I had on it before, believe it or not.

What flavor suspension lift you running? Those 12.50 wide? Wonder how well those'll keep the bead when they're aired down, being 17s and all...

Oh yeah they rub at full lock (at the frame) but so did my 285 REVO's on the stock wheels. Front valance clears fine but I'm still in the process of trimming the pinch weld's a little at a time. There's no rubbing there when I'm just daily driving it. Haven't had a chance to stuff 'em yet but that'll come.

Tundra coils and spacer up front and Revtek spacer in the rear. Not sure what the rim diameter has to do with how the bead stays put but it'll be fine with a 12.50" tire on a 9" WIDE wheel, in my experience anyway.

Those are some big meats. I've always liked the Claws and they make your rig look sweet. Hopefully, you can trim enough around the pinch weld to make them work off road.

4-runner looks tough!

When we tried to fit tires like that under our runner, our Ltd flares & tires got into an argument!
a cut off wheel quickly solved that issue.. lol.

Swede, first off, your runner is looking good. Second, how much lift did the Tundra coils give you not counting the spacers?

Honestly, I'm not really sure, but I'm guessing about 2 1/4" give or take. Maybe someone else could chime in here and answer that question for you.
