new 2004 prerunner

well. i totalled my last truck, and somehow i ended up gettin a beautiful 2004 tacoma with a TON of goodies. im very happy with the new truck, and dont plan on doing all too much in the way of modifications.

however, a few things i feel would be good.

the head unit in it is an alpine, and i hate them, too many menus and such, sooo, im putting in my old pioneer unit in place of it, which will be a good time to wire up my subwoofer as well.
the right side speakers also seem like they are blown, so i may need a new set of polks for that.(not sure what size as of yet, but not a big deal, just havent looked in depth yet)
im deff looking into wheel spacers to give me a wider stance. this is mainly for the safety concern seeing as i rolled the last one. not that wider wheel base would have helped me, but since this is higher already and such, i figure itd be a good idea.
maybe in the future at some point if i can find a nice looking cheap bull bat or something thatd be nice, but thats not a priority.
k&n air filter. possibly an oil change, although i just drove it off a lexus dealership... always a good idea to check all fluids.

anyways, any ideas suggestions pelase let me know. i drove this off the lot yesterday, sooo, its the getting to know you period now. thanks much.

Sounds like a sweet truck! i dont know if wheelspacers are worth it. i've heard they are bad on bearings. "i'm not planning a lot of mods" lol ya right thats what everyone says. thats what i said about mine, now look at it

lol. very true. lets re-phrase. i cant afford a lot of mods.

and if u can pay for it... its yours. lol. im going to try to get myself to an audio shop soon and hopefully trade in the alpine for some value towards install or something. id do it myself, but i have a bunch of stuff i want looked at too.

i'll deff do some more research on the spacers then. thanks.
