need info on replacing stock clutch cooling fan w/ flex-a-lite

I own a '95 4runner, and I'm planning on buying a flex-a-lite metal fan (not electric) but not only do I not know the diameter of the stock fan (the blades got in a fight w/ the shroud) and I dont know how big of a spacer I need. If anyone else has done this, any input would be awesome. Like I said its for a 95 4runner 3.0 3-VZE. Thanks in advance.

Ok I measured 2.5 inches from the back of the radiator to the front of the factory fan blades. I measured 3.5 inches from the timing cover to the back of the factory fan blades & a measurment of 19 inches on the fans diameter. Hope this helps yuh. Ben

In trade for my help will you do me a favor? When you get your parts can you give me a small write up of what you did to swap it and a few part numbers? I might just do this aswell. Ben

yeah, If I'm successful, I'll do a write up, but thats a big if. I found a 17" flexalite fan w/ a 1.5" spacer on e-bay for like $20, and from what I understand, a bolt-on kit is the main thing I need to worry about.
