need help with airchamber removal prob
hey all
this is the LAST thing that stands in my way of making quick progress on taking off my head.
ok on the 22-re air chamber there are six or so bolts to remove it right?
well on the bottom one nearest the firewall (not a bolt but a nut) the stud seems to be blocking the air chamber from sliding off easily so how do i knock it loose without breaking the stud and/or cracking any part of the intake manifold.
things ive tried:
wd-40 and various other like products
knocking the chamber with a rubber hammer to break the "seal"
wraping rope around it, swinging the rope over the 2x4 deal above me and yanking on it.
anything else i can try or a tool i can rent?
if worse comes to worse i can break the stud and just put a new one in after i take off the intake manifold.
