Question Navigation Question

On my 2004 4Runner Limited with factory Nav, is there any way to "bypass" the opening disclaimer and safety warning screens so it doesn't open there all the time? Or is that just how it's going to be and I always have to hit " I agree"?

I have an aftermarket unit (Alpine DVD Navigation) and I have the same disclaimer thing everytime I fire it up... I would think that the only way to bypass this would be to modify the ROM. Not an easy task without having the source.
