How about that skid plate? The aluminum one. I want one for my Runner. Where'd ya get it?

Yea, thats Pismo, the beach pic anyway I was there for the weekend, just got home today. I was staying at a friends place on El Portal drive on the north end of Shell Beach. The driveway pic on my page is actually where I live in Las Vegas. I saw a ton of tacos in Pismo this weekend, and some nice toyota trucks too, heheheh....

Its the Toyota factory aftermarket skid plate, got it on eBay for $100.
The same person/dealer I got mine from has on on there now....

Cool, I'm pretty sure that will bolt onto a 4Runner, right? They have them on the sport editions.

Yup, I have seen a few on 'runners... They bolt on where the tow hooks are, and basically go between the hooks and the frame rail. You might wanna go spray the crap out of the bolt threads where they come up thru the frame rail with penetrating oil a day or two before you try to loosen them. Make sure you have a breaker bar handy too.

i just got back to san luis yesterday (labor day) and went wheelin out at pismo for a bit. the weather was perfect this weekend. next time you come out here, send me a message.

I was out at pismo for labor day and got a $270 ticket for being out at comp hill with a day pass after 11 pm :pat:

Man, being out there really wanted me to hurry up and get my coilovers though... f-in woops.....
