My new(old) 4Runner
Hi everyone!
I'm new to the group and just wanted to say a quick hello. I bought my first 4Runner last week. It's a '94 SR5 V6 with 110,000 miles. I've wanted a 4Runner ever since they first came out... and now seemed like the right time to pounce. It's true, the gas mileage is not good and the engine is weak, but what the hell... I'm still excited! I'm used to an '85 xtra cab with a 22R and 33" tires... compared to that, this thing has alot of power.
I did run the VIN through the local dealership, and it has had the head gasket serviced. Is there anything else anyone would suggest as far as service goes?
I've been lurking on this board for a few weeks now, and I am looking forward to chatting with all of you! There seems to be alot of great knowledge here!

Welcome to Yotatech. Now open your wallet and replace those shocks, steering stabilizer and if the butt sags, new coils. That is if they haven'y been replaced yet.

Welcome to the board. How do you plan to use your 4Runner? Any 4wheeling in its future? We'll be happy to help you spend your $$$$$. They don't call it a $runner for nothing!

step #1 take off the running boards!!!! it will make it look a little higher then you can sell them on ebay since they're pretty much useless, you can take the money you sell them for and get some mods goin on that baby!
