You're probably gonna have to fab up the mounts / brackets. If you're lucky, you might have 2 of the 4 bolt holes line up 'as is'. If you're super-lucky, you might have 3 of 4...

I put some 86-92 supra seats in a 86 4runner and only had to drill one extra hole in the back for each seat. For the drivers side one I also had to cut away some of the lip on the floorpan between the front bolt holes because the drivers side supra seat is power and it hangs low in the center, but I think the MR2 ones were manual so it shouldn't be a big ordeal.
