Moonroof leak?

Moonroof leak?
Hello all,
Just joined the world of Toyota owners with the purchase of an '02 4Runner.
I do have an issue that I'd appreciate help with. Here in Austin it rained all night, I got in the truck this morning and discovered that the headliner to the rear of the moonroof was sagging with water, and the seat beneath it was just short of soaked. I suspected clogged weep holes and the front ones are clear but I can't seem to find the outlet for the rear ones. (poured water in the moonroof pan with the front end lifted up, no water drained from rear weep holes) Anyone know where I could find these, or where another thread discussing this issue is located? I searched but wasn't able to find anything that helped me locate them. Thanks so much, and any other thoughts on the problem would be appreciated.

I believe the tubes run from the rear corners of the moonroof down the "c" pillars and dump into the rear quarter...What to do:pull the rear quarter trim and inspect where the tubes empty into the quarter panel outlet/gromett..

On my '98 the rears drain under neath the rear quarter windows on the cargo area. There are 2 notches in each seal at the bottom and water comes out there. The front drain between the fender and the door.
