Monroe Ceramic Premium Brakes for 11 bucks for 97 4Runner any good?

I'm looking at some new brake pads.... my brakes keep warping and wearing out (i got cheapo OEM ones). Has anyone ever tried Monroe ceramic brakes? They're ceramics that are only going for about 11 bucks after a MIR from amazon.

Anyone have experience with them over the asbestos OEM replacements? will these be ok even though they're rated for 16inch tires when i got the 15 instead?

I am running ceramic pads on my rotors right now, they still warp but at least the brakes last longer.

Those pads look fine, for the price that is a darn good deal. I would replace the rotors if i was you though. They are cheap and will make sure everything is working right.

FYI, Autozone Duralast rotors are warranteed for 2 years. That's what I have. Haven't warped, but if they do, I get a brand new one free of charge. Same with their brake pads, except with a lifetime warranty. I also use ceramic pads.

well i bought these pads...... and hopefully they'll be ok.

i will look into rotors next. looking at some normal brembo rotors. my pads and rotors are warped only after 1 yr of changing them. i had standard OEM pad replacements from kragen, forgot what brand.
