Midland 79 290 fit in a 98 4Runner dash?
I did the search and I think it will but just wanted to see if someone has installed one in a 3rd gen dash yet before I drop the $$ for it? The deminsions 6 1/4"W x 2"H x 7"D

i have seen it under the radio in a 98 tacoma. he just made some brackets that mounted to the factory ISO brackets. works very well except for the whole bottom firing speaker, so...you might want to the about an external speaker for the CB
